Looking forward to your comments.
That's a lovely waiting. Memories can sometimes be deeply etched.
ReplyDeleteNot if the wait is for 20 years ....
DeleteThis is interesting story, but a bit mysterious. Who was waiting for whom? What is special about red dress? What happened after twenty years? May please elaborate. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteBy the way this Teeny Weeny concept is a welcome change from management stories. Congratulations!
She is waiting for 'him" - who had promised to meet her at 8.30 am near the bench. But he never came. For the last twenty years, everyday , at 8.30 am, she donned her red dress, which was his favourite one and waited for him . The red dress is now tattered. But still she is hopeful that he will come one day.
DeleteNow I understand. This is very sad story. Is he really so cruel or has he met an accident and is no more in this world? It is difficult to guess.
ReplyDeleteWe're either early or late. Everything happens as supposed only on screen. And no one is ever ready. Were you?
